Easily share your pronouns with Timely

At Timely we believe that everyone deserves a safe and supportive environment, and all people have the right to feel like they belong. Surfacing pronouns is a small step that can have a big impact on staff and clients at Timely businesses, and helps us on our mission to make life better for people in the beauty industry.

With our new pronouns feature both clients and staff will have the option to share their pronouns through Timely

  • Clients can add their pronouns when booking online, or you can add it to their customer profile.
  • Staff can add their pronouns which will be shared with clients when booking online.
  • Pronouns are displayed on the calendar and on the client profile so your team will always have the right information to hand.

 

Helpdoc: Client and Staff pronouns

We understand everyone on their own journey so it’s completely optional for a person to share their pronouns or not. Not ready to ask for pronouns in your business? It’s super easy to turn this setting off. Just head to Calendar settings > Inclusion settings and turn off pronouns while you do some research to see if it’s right for your business.
