Your waitlist is a fantastic way to fill last minute spots in your calendar and offer loyal clients sought after treatment times. However, most clients will really only be interested in sitting on your waitlist for a few weeks; beyond that they can make an appointment the old fashioned way and come in at a time that suits them. This can mean that your waitlist gets clogged up with old requests that are no longer relevant making it harder to find the clients who really do want to come in ASAP.
To help you keep your list fresh, we’ve introduced a new auto-expiry feature to archive old requests. From today, your waitlist will only show recent, valuable requests, and we have cleaned up any old, out of date requests. The default expiry period is 8 weeks, though you can choose to set a custom expiry time, or turn off this feature entire.
We have made some cosmetic changes to the waitlist settings page. Activate your waitlist now to charge up your booking leads.
