Let’s Go Fitness recently began using Timely as a way to manage clients and personal trainers. We had a chat with Pete Mirrieless, a trainer/owner at Let’s Go Fitness, about how the platform is working for the business.

Let’s Go Fitness has multiple clients who are on different fitness programmes and have different personal trainers. Timely allows Pete to see what’s happening with the business and manage clients and staff through the user-friendly interface.

“With Timely I can see everything that they’re doing,” Pete said. “I can also see when a new lead comes in, and decide what PT I should place them with based on the PT’s schedule.”

Timely has given Pete control of his business, especially when it comes to knowing who the customer is and ensuring the financial side of things is taken care of. Pete explains:

“I like that there is the client record, with all their contact details, but also their history, no-shows and all the background.”

This also helps the business track client payments, by showing who is up to date with their account and who is not.

Customers often tell us that Timely reduces the amount of administrative work they need to do, and Let’s Go Fitness was no exception. Pete would have to previously collect and compare both client and personal trainer invoices, but with Timely, he can see it all in one place at any time he likes.

Let’s Go Fitness was given a recommendation to try Timely from Lucy Warren Pilates who operates next door. And they know they are onto a good thing. “We’re thinking about buying some iPads for our studio, so it becomes really ingrained in our business,” says Pete. The management and staff at Let’s Go Fitness are excited about the opportunities this tool will bring them in the future as their business continues to grow.
