Timely Christmas function
The Timely crew is growing quickly. Last year there were 7 staff at the Christmas party. This year, there are 20 on the team. We gathered most of the Timely crew together in Dunedin last week to celebrate a big year of progress!
Not only has our team expanded, but we’ve gone from hundreds to now thousands of customers, in over 50 countries. The development team flew down from Wellington and Auckland to join the Dunedin crew. Kirstin and I were honoured to host everyone at our place for the afternoon, looking at progress in 2014 and plans to make Timely even bigger and better in 2015.
Later, we piled into mini-buses and went to Glenfalloch Garden, where actors portraying Fawlty Towers characters interacted with diners. Sybil took a particular liking to Jimmi Corbishley, who works on getting feature requests into the Timely app, while Alan Bauchop, one of the designers at Timely, got his nails painted in hot pink. In other words, it was a good night.
