Let your staff know their schedules wherever they are

Whether your staff are at the office, at home, in a car, or even up a mountain – here’s a neat feature we’ve added so everyone knows their schedule.

The day sheet!

Daysheet

Well, not the day sheet itself because, you know, that’s not new.

Previously day sheets were emailed daily to the Timely account holder which included everyone’s schedule. This still happens but now Timely can email individual schedules to staff. Automatically. Every day.

To turn this feature on, head to Settings > Staff, edit a staff profile and check the new email daysheet checkbox. Simply do this for each staff member who wants to know their schedule.

So easy and Timely will take care of the rest for you!

As well as the daysheets, have you tried these other features for keeping your staff up to date?

  • Turn on notifications so that staff are emailed or sent a text whenever an appointment of their’s is confirmed, changed or cancelled (Settings > General settings > Notification and reminder settings > Notifications).
  • Turn on appointment syncing to external calendars like Google calendar, Outlook, etc. for staff that want it (Settings > Staff > Sync).
  • Print out or email a roster for any staff member for any time period (Settings > Reports > Staff roster).

While external calendar syncing is just one way right now, we’re about to unveil two-way Google calendar syncing any day now. This will be awesome for those of you who like to update appointments on the run.
