1. How to deal with repetitive strain injuries
Making the same movement over and over again isn’t great for your body. But that’s something that comes naturally when you work in the hair and beauty industry. Whether you’re cutting hair, massaging clients, or painting nails. All of those repetitive motions can cause pain in your wrists, elbows, hands or shoulders.
What to do: pay close attention to early signs of pain. Catching problems before they get worse is the best thing to do. Book time with a physio to get preventive exercises and help ease all the aches and pains from being on your feet all day.
2. Easing tension headaches
